Philosophy

The philosophy underlying Department of Estate Management education is to develop competent Estate Surveyors and Valuers with sufficient technical knowledge required for optimizing the use of land resources to facilitate economic development. To advance the Science and practice of the profession with emphasis on Real Estate  Valuation, Property development and Redevelopment, Property Management, Real Estate Agency and Brokerage, project planning, procurement, cost management and contract administration.
