Department Of Estate Management
Adeogun Adekunle Sunday is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Estate Management, University of Ilorin, Nigeria, and the present Ag. Head of Department, of the same department. He had his Bachelor’s, of Technology, Master’s of Technology and Doctorate degrees in Estate Management and Valuation from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State, Nigeria He has published in local, national, and international journals with 43 publications to his credit presently. He has also presented papers at both national and international conferences. His hands-on experience in professional practice is manifested in his being Senior Partner and Head of Practice of Ade-Adekunle and Associates, Chartered Estate Surveyors and Valuers, and a corporate member of; the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). He is equally a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). His research interests include real estate investment analysis and urban management. He is equally interested in Real Estate Education as this has propelled him to set up the Real Estate Education Club (REEC). He is happily married with children
