Dr. Nurudeen Akinsola Bello

Nurudeen Akinsola BELLO holds Ph.D., M.Sc., and B.Sc. in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University (2018, 2012, 1997). He also holds an M.Sc. in Housing Development and Management from the University of Ibadan (2007). He has 19 years in academic research and teaching; spanning the Polytechnic and University. At the Polytechnic, he has served as the HOD, Estate Management Department, Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun State (2008-2013). At the University, he was a former Head of the Estate Management Department (2015-2020) and immediate past acting Dean, Faculty of Environmental Sciences of the University of Ilorin. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria. He is an active researcher in housing and real estate investment appraisal with 43 published articles in local, national, and internationally recognized mainstream and professional journals.
