Biography

 I am Halim Yusuf Agava, I hold a Ph.D. degree in Estate Management and Valuation. a lecturer in the department of Estate Management, Faculty of Environmental Sciences, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. I am the immediate past Coordinator of the department of Estate Management. I am the Level Adviser of the 500 Level Students of the department of Estate Management and also the Staff Adviser to the National Environmental Sciences Students Association (NESSA), University of Ilorin Chapter. I was the undergraduate project coordinator from 2018 to 2022. My research interest includes: property investment analysis, property valuation, and housing studies. I currently have over 18 research Publications (locally, nationally and internationally) comprising of journals articles and conference proceedings.
