Dr. Halim Yusuf AGAVA

 I am Halim Yusuf Agava, I hold a Ph.D. degree in Estate Management and Valuation. A lecturer in the department of Estate Management, Faculty of Environmental Sciences, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. I am the immediate past Acting Head of Department (Coordinator) of Estate Management department. I am A Level Adviser, the current postgraduate coordinator, undergraduate project coordinator of the department of Estate Management. At the faculty level, I am the current Staff Adviser to the National Environmental Sciences Students Association (NESSA), University of Ilorin Chapter. My research interest includes: property investment analysis, property valuation, computer application to real estate, Research Methodology and housing studies. I currently have over 22 research Publications (locally, nationally and internationally) comprising of journals articles and conference proceedings.
