Dr. Halim Yusuf AGAVA

 I am Halim Yusuf Agava, I hold BSc, MSc & Ph.D. degrees in Estate Management and Valuation. A senior lecturer in the department of Estate Management, Faculty of Environmental Sciences, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. I am the current Acting Head of Department of Estate Management department. I am A Level Adviser, the immediate past postgraduate coordinator, undergraduate project coordinator of the department of Estate Management. At the faculty level, I am the immediate past Sub-Dean and Staff Adviser to the National Environmental Sciences Students Association (NESSA), University of Ilorin Chapter. I currently hold some positions in the faculty as representative in some University committees. My research interest includes: property investment analysis, property valuation, computer application to real estate, ICT and housing studies. I currently have over 25 research Publications (locally, nationally and internationally) comprising of journals articles and conference proceedings.
