Mr. Alimi Rasheed Kolawole

Rasheed Kolawole Alimi is a Lecturer 1 in the Department of Estate Management, University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. He was the former faculty representative to the Faculty of Arts and is currently the representative to the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine as well as the former SIWES Coordinator for the Department. He had his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Estate Management from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos. He also had a Master’s in Project Management from the same institution. He has published in both local and international journals to his credit. Before venturing into academics, he had a working stint with Diya, Fatimilehin and Co. and Jide Taiwo and Co. which are among the foremost Estate Firms in Nigeria. He has been an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) for over 20 years. He is equally a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). His research areas include valuation, project management, and property management.
